How to strengthen immunity

This delicious vitamin bomb can be made very easily with ingredients that you can buy at the nearest health food store or on the market. If you have the opportunity to use home-made products it would be even more beautiful.

Ingredients required:
-100 grams of dry apricots

-50 grams of aronia

-100 grams of dry figs

-200 grams of dry plums

-1 medium ginger root

-100 milliliters of fresh lemon

-100 grams of almonds

-100 grams of nuts

-50 grams of hazelnuts

-50 grams of cranberries

-3 tablespoons of honey with propolis and royal jelly

-250 grams of honey

Pour all the ingredients into a glass bowl, and chop the plums, apricots and figs. Cut the hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts separately. Mix all the ingredients, add the lemon juice and ginger that you previously washed and grilled. Pour honey and mix with a stir-wire.

Place the mixture in a glass jar and put it in place for a few days before starting to consume it. This vitamin bomb can be given to children older than two years, one teaspoon in the morning, and you can give them to a larger teaspoon for older children depending on age.
