The long holiday season is celebrating and celebrates, and therefore it’s time to think of a nice lunch without a heavy meal with a yankee or pigmeat. Time for roast turkey. But, most importantly, with this recipe you will put an end to the dried, hard and tasteless turkeys that you have prepared so far.
This is one way to get a perfectly soft and juicy turkey, and thus prove to be a great host.
• 1 turkey 4-5 kg
• a few pieces of thinly chopped bacon bacon
• 1 head of onions
• 1 leek
• a little garlic
• 1 dl of edible oil
• 2-3 for white dry wine
• a glass of beer
• 2 batch sheets
Once thoroughly defrost the turkey, coat it with vegeta and putty onions. Make cuts on its surface using a knife and fill the slices with bacon and garlic. Then, put the turkey in an oil-proof bowl, along with the oil, the bay leaf and the white wine. Allow it to stand for at least 4 hours (it is desirable to leave it all night) with occasional roll over, to soak the wine from all sides.
Inside the turkey, place the onion and chopped leeks. Place it bake in a well-heated oven at 250 ℃. After 15 minutes, reduce to 150 ℃ and allow to bake for about 4 hours.
After all the liquid has evaporated, sprinkle it with beer and bake it a little, that is, until it has been starved. Once you have removed it from the oven, you can take the onions and the leek before serving. In addition, the best way would be baked potatoes
